It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome all students and staff to another enriching academic year at The Winchester School.
I am Neijin Pathrose, serving as Head of P.E (Primary), Health & Safety Advisor, ASA Coordinator and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. With 19 years in education, 15 of them dedicated to WIN my journey continues with the same passion and commitment as day one. Holding a Master’s in Physical Education, I am also a Qualified ICC Level 2 Cricket Coach and have undertaken OSHA, IOSH, Level 3 Safeguarding Lead, First Aid and PIC Advanced trainings. These experiences strengthen my mission to keep our school a safe, healthy and inspiring place for all.
At WIN, we believe that “Every Child Matters.” Our adaptive and enriching curriculum is designed to engage all kinds of minds, providing opportunities tailored to the unique needs of every learner. Safeguarding and Health & Safety remain at the heart of our work, ensuring that each child can grow into a confident leader and high performer in a nurturing environment.
We are proud to offer our students extensive exposure to a wide range of sports from inter-school competitions to skill development programmes; fostering teamwork, discipline and a love for healthy living. Our after-school activities provide further opportunities for students to explore interests, enhance talents, and build character beyond the classroom.
Let us step forward together into this year with curiosity, courage, and care making it one of growth, achievement and shared success.
Regards,
Neijin Pathrose
