Pallavi Mallick

Head of Inclusion

As Head of Inclusion, I am privileged to work in partnership with our students, families, and staff to support every learner’s journey within our British curriculum. With more than fifteen years of experience across India, the UK, and the UAE, my role is to ensure that our school is a community in which all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
I hold a Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education from the University of Roehampton, London, and I am a recipient of the Roehampton 2025 Scholarship, awarded to only five students worldwide. My leadership qualifications, including NPQSL and CPT3A, shape a strategic, whole-school approach to inclusion and wellbeing. As a Certified Happiness and Wellbeing Coach, I also design and deliver coaching and training that foster emotional balance, resilience, and positive mental health for individuals and teams.
My professional expertise spans early identification and intervention, dyslexia, autism, and a wide range of neurodevelopmental needs. In practice, this means building supportive pathways—grounded in evidence, personalised to each learner, and embedded within high-quality teaching—so that barriers to learning are removed and students can access ambitious, appropriately challenging curricula.
Meaningful inclusion goes beyond provision. It is about cultivating empathy, celebrating strengths, and recognising neurodiversity as an asset. Together, we co-create environments where differences are understood, respected, and actively valued, and where wellbeing is integral to achievement. By working closely with families and colleagues, I am committed to nurturing a culture of belonging and emotional intelligence—one in which every child is known, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
I look forward to partnering with you to champion the wellbeing, growth, and success of every student.
