I bring 14 years of experience in education and over 8 years in leadership, having served as a Professional Development Lead and Head of Department for Science and Mathematics before stepping into my current role as Deputy Head of Primary. These roles have allowed me to mentor teachers, lead curriculum development, and design impactful training programs that enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.

My leadership journey has been driven by a passion for academic excellence, student well-being, and collaborative growth. I strongly believe in empowering educators through continuous professional development and fostering an environment where innovation and best practices thrive. Staying informed about global education trends allows me to introduce strategies that keep our teaching methodologies dynamic and effective.
